What specifications should be followed when using steel pallets?

1. In order to ensure the stability during transportation, the height of the goods shall not exceed two-thirds of the width of the steel tray.

2. The stacking method of steel pallet goods shall be reasonably selected according to the type of goods, the quality of goods carried on the steel pallet and the size of the steel pallet. Special attention should be paid here: rigid rectangular goods such as wood, paper and metal containers are stacked in a single-layer or multi-layer staggered manner and need to be packaged by stretching or shrinking film; Paper or fibrous articles shall be stacked in one or more layers and cross sealed with adhesive tape; Cylindrical goods such as sealed metal containers are stacked in one or more layers, and wooden cargo covers need to be reinforced; Paper products and textiles that need to be moisture-proof and waterproof are stacked in a single-layer or multi-layer staggered manner. Articles that need to be wrapped with tensile or shrink film are added with angle braces, and the reinforced structure is covered with diaphragms; If fragile articles are stacked in one or more layers, wooden support partition structure shall be added; The goods in the cylindrical container of metal bottle are stacked vertically into a single layer, and the shelf and strip reinforcement structure need to be added; When the bags are staggered in multiple layers, they shall be compacted and stacked.
